Salome

In Autumn 2015, I published a fully illustrated edition of Oscar Wilde’s Salome – but with a few changes.  In my edition, Salome is a boy, and Herod – to keep the gender balance of characters fair – is a woman.  This allows the reader to explore more interesting power dynamics within the text, as well as representing a few more forms of attraction than previously.  As usual with my work, some of the characters are trans.  This does not affect the text, but it does improve matters.

Salome is currently sold out.  There may be a second edition subject to financing and demand.
